The Mobile Rx600 Terminal is just what the Doctor ordered!

This rugged portable terminal runs on an open system architecture and uses industry standard software tools including Borland� and Microsoft�. This rugged terminal withstands drops to hard surfaces per MIL-STD- 810E and is sealed against rain and surface spills.

The Mobile Rx600 can be configured with a touch screen for "canned" messages, or can utilize an external keyboard for character input. It includes a standard RS232 port with one input and one output control line. Additional RS232 ports are available through the Multi-Port Bridge, which includes an additional four digital input and output control lines, J1708 vehicle bus interface and three additional Com ports.

The Mobile Rx600 has five programmable functions keys, an enter and select key, and features an emergency key which the operator can push to automatically send an emergency/distress signal to dispatch. Its � VGA graphic display is backlit for excellent viewing in direct sunlight, room light, and low light conditions.
